A unique listed building of commercial stores, possibly the first in Thessaloniki, built during the Interwar period (1925-1940), in an eclectic style by architects S. Mylonas and A. Georgakopoulos, dominates on Venizelou Street. The choice of reinforced concrete during its reconstruction – a pioneering material for the time – allowed for large facades with large openings that allow the entry of light and unobstructed views. The uniqueness of its architectural rhythm is enhanced by beautifully decorated ceilings and large atriums with balconies in the center of its interior.
A building that cannot leave indifferent any reputable investor of the international market, either for rent or for sale. Today it houses commercial stores on the ground floor and offices on the upper floors.
